Sanda Thermoelectric Miniature Modules series is suitable for various cooling and heating applications where only a small amount of heat is involved. Typical application areas include laser diode cooling, infrared systems, electro-optics and electronic equipment and other low wattage applications. Standard substrates are metallized (M) and gold-plated. These miniature modules are also available with different configurations.
