1 How do we know which model is suitable for us? 

Please contact our sales team via email or online chat. We will calculate the heat load based on your cabinet size and components, and then recommend the most suitable cooling solution for you.

2 What is the delivery time? 

Usually, for standard products, the delivery time is about 7-15 days after receiving the payment. For customized products, it depends on the complexity of the design.

3 Do you have MOQ limit? 

No, we do not have strict MOQ limits for standard units. Sample orders are welcome for quality testing. For customized logos or packaging, MOQ may apply.

4 How about the warranty? 

We provide a 12-month warranty for our products. If any quality problems occur during this period, we will provide free spare parts for replacement.

5 Can you customize the product according to our requirements? 

Yes, we have a professional R&D team and can provide OEM/ODM services. We can customize the voltage, dimensions, cooling capacity, and brand logo.

6 What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and L/C. For small orders, full payment is required before shipment.

7 How do you pack the goods?

We use standard export wooden cases or strong carton boxes with foam protection to ensure safety during transportation.

8 Do you have any certificates? 

Yes, most of our products are CE, RoHS, and ISO certified. We can also apply for other certificates according to your market requirements.

9 Can we visit your factory? 

Warmly welcome! Our factory is located in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province, China. Please let us know your schedule in advance, and we will arrange the reception.

10 How to install the air conditioner? 

We provide a detailed installation manual and video guide with the product. If you have any difficulties, our technical team can provide remote support.
